Shipping Policy

At the Montgomery Mercantile, we take pride in every package that leaves our hands—or our partners’—and we want y’all to know exactly what to expect when ordering from us.


Processing Time

Every order is packed with care, whether it ships from Texas or Alabama. We ask for 3–5 business days to process your order before it heads out the door. Once it ships, you’ll get a tracking number so you can follow it straight to your front porch.


Where Items Ship From

  • T-Shirts are printed in and shipped from Texas.

  • Bags, purses, jewelry, leather goods, and sundries are packed and shipped from our little homebase in Alabama.


Shipping Costs

  • T-Shirts Ship Free – Always. No matter how many you buy.

  • Bags, Leather Goods, Jewelry & Other Items – Shipping will be calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and your location.

We’ll always be upfront and fair about shipping—no surprise fees here.


Shipping Methods

We ship using USPS and UPS, depending on the size and weight of your order. Whichever gets it to you safest and quickest is the one we’ll choose.


Where We Ship

Right now, we only ship within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S. and just gotta have something, send us an email—we’ll see what we can do.


Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

Once your package leaves our hands and is with the shipping carrier, it’s officially out of our control. We are not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages once in transit.

If your package is marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged:

  • Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim

  • We’re happy to provide tracking info or documentation to help with the process

While we can’t guarantee replacements for packages damaged in transit, feel free to reach out—we’ll always do our best to help however we can.
